You can go running around the camp area. If the camp has a lake ask the counselor’s if you could swim in the early morning before activities. If you can bring your bike, you can bike around. This may not be an intense 4 hours a day, but it will keep you from falling behind in your training. If you have to choose between running, biking, or swimming at camp, I would say definitely do the running if anything else. Also, may sure your stretching at great lengths before and after your exercise because it will help you towards your race. The last thing you want to do one week before a race is pull a muscle. Also doing the bicycle exercise will help with your biking. Hope this helps.
Best of luck with your race.
